Could you imagine a view any more Scottish than a loch at sunset? This dreamy vista was all mine, following a one week residency at Cove Park in Helensburgh, catering a unique artist collaboration, which involved feeding guests foraged fare from around the area, as well as come of the invasive plant species that has come to dominate the landscape.

•⁠ ⁠Violet, primrose & lemon cakes w/ crystallised flowers

•⁠ ⁠Gorse honey & almond milk panna cotta w/ fennel, orange & almond biscuits
